The wisdom of the teachings revealed through practice. It is through personal study that the seed of knowledge that can give us lessons germinate, grow and settle. The practice of regular, that knowledge does generate a stable source of motivation and inspiration in our day to day to see the results of our dedication.
Regular practice is our way to keep us aware of what is stable, it does not fluctuate: The purity of our original nature. Thanks to our personal practice we remain in a state of clarity and vitality through all the changes and situations that occur constantly in our lives.
PROGRAM PURPOSE
The purpose of this program is to create a habit of regular practice, deepening meditation sequence "Celestial Axis." The intention is to create a state of "semi-retirement" within the rhythm of everyday life.
The program will include five group sessions (4 in the center and one output) and a sequence of individual daily practice, divided into two or more sessions with several of the following elements:
In addition to the daily routine of practice, with a segment for the morning and evening, will suggest certain lifestyle patterns (diet, sleep, etc..) To help harness the program.
