All RTA public parking areas in Dubai, except for multi-level car parking buildings and terminals, will be free of charge during the holidays announced with regards to UAE National Day which starts from December 1, Tuesday to December 3, 2020, Thursday, the Roads and Transport Authority Dubai announced on Sunday.
