Ras Al Khaimah has appointed new chief prosecutor at the Public Prosecutions Department of Ras Al Khaimah. Public Prosecutions Department handles the civil and criminal cases of the Emirates of Ras Al Khaimah.


His Highness Shaikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, in Emiri Decree No. 16 for 2012, has appointed counselor Mohammed Abullatif Safwat Mohammed as chief prosecutor at the Public Prosecutions Department of Ras Al Khaimah.

The new chief prosecutor took the oath before Shaikh Saud at the Emiri Court of RAK. The new prosecutor will preside the Emiri court and judgements.
